Two arrested in Rockford, IL - 10 Ounces of Cocaine seizedPosted on May 16, 2013
On May 16, 2013 members of the Winnebago County Sheriff's department executed two search warrants in Rockford, Illinois. One search warrant was served at 2844 Carol Place where 30 year old Terrance Washington was arrested. The second search warrant at 3902 15th Ave, Apartment #2 is where 48 year old Kenneth W. Mullins was arrested. Officials recovered marijuana and over 10 ounces of cocaine.
Washington and Mullins were transported to the Winnebago County Jail and were charged with unlawful criminal drug conspiracy, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver (500-2000 grams), and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver (100-400 grams). The value of the ten ounces of cocaine is more than $12,000.
