Undercover Operation Yields $119,000 and 31 Lbs of MarijuanaPosted on January 31, 2014
An undercover operation in Union County, North Carolina ended with three men being arrested. Union County Sheriff's Office stated that they recovered almost 21 pounds of marijuana in the Lowe's parking lot in Monroe during the operation.
David Timothy Harris, 47, Jesus Roberto Teran Valdivia, 41, and Tomas Ramirez, 30, were all arrested during the operation.
Officals also serached residences in both Union and Mecklenburg Counties. Police located an additional 10 pounds of marijuana along with $119,000 in cash.
All three subjects were arrested and taken to Union County jail and area scheduled to appear in court March 11.
